Job summary

The role includes cross-training across centers and handling administrative duties, scheduling, and high-volume calls.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma, one year of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and one year of progressively responsible work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and other office equipment is preferable.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and provides exceptional customer service to all patients/clients, visitors, and callers.
• Oversee the safe, efficient, and comfortable atmosphere of the reception area.
• Collect, verify, update, and document all consents, screenings, demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage at check-in via Phreesia eligibility checks or calls.
• Collect copays and reconcile deposits, forwarding to billing in a timely manner.
• Review and maintain provider schedules and backfill no-show slots.
• Manage all walk-in appointments and scheduling across disciplines.
