Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must input information into an electronic health record (EHR).
• Ability to organize workspace and activities with initiative.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to work with clients, families and staff with tact and diplomacy.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet clients and families.
• Check in clients (virtual or in person) and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and complete financial reviews.
• Process payments, payment plans and copays.
• Data entry and reporting responsibilities.
• Coordinate provider appointments and manage schedules.
• Provide reminder calls to clients.
