Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a patient care–oriented, full-time Bilingual Patient Service Representative for our Midtown location in Tulsa, OK. Shift: Monday–Friday 10:30am–7:00pm with a rotating Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Bilingual Patient Service Representative to help support our Midtown location in Tulsa, OK.

Shift: Monday - Friday (10:30am - 7:00pm) and a rotating Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
• Checking In / Out Patients
• Answering Multiple Phone Lines
• Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
• Insurance Verification
• Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
• Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Requirements:
