Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Patient Service Representative 1 for a full-time hybrid role in Northern Virginia. You will handle inbound calls, register patients, verify insurance, and ensure a smooth scheduling experience for diverse populations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, proficient in EPIC scheduling, and committed to HIPAA privacy. The role is primarily day shift, Monday–Friday, with on-site reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high call volumes with accuracy.
• Familiarity with patient registration and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to schedule appointments and registration with accuracy.
