Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and have 1–3 years of high-volume phone customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting with EMA ModMed proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of high-volume phone customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in administrative medical offices is highly preferred.
• Experience with ModMed (EMA) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones promptly and warmly.
• Manage calls, emails, messages, and referrals to completion.
• Perform appointment scheduling with accuracy per requests.
• Identify patient age-specific needs before visits.
• Document unresolved issues and escalate for resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance, self-pay billing, and third-party guidelines.
