Job summary

Shriners Children's is seeking a Contact Center Representative to answer inbound domestic and international referral calls, document patient information in Salesforce, and assign referrals to the appropriate locations. Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in a healthcare office setting.
• 1 year of medical terminology experience.
• Fully bilingual in English plus a second language (Spanish highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls from providers, guardians, Shriners and other professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
• Document caller information in CRM/EMR systems accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments and escalate urgent calls as needed.
• Assist with afterhours messaging and overflow for up to 23 locations.
