Job summary

Community Health Center, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Call Center Specialist to deliver consistent, high-quality service to staff and patients. You will own calls, schedule appointments, transmit messages to the clinical team, and answer medication refill questions, all while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week) with evening/weekend hours possible. Bilingual English/Spanish required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required (English & Spanish).
• Strong customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center or busy phone system.
• Electronic appointment scheduling experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
