Southern Imaging Services LLC in Rock Hill, South Carolina, seeks a Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first contact for patients, handling check-in/out and scheduling while supporting office operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical front desk, strong computer skills (EMR, Microsoft Office), and is empathetic and team-oriented. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; schedule is Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in medical office patient services/front desk.
• Excellent computer skills; EMR and MS Office required; 25 wpm.
• Clear written and verbal communication; empathy and professionalism.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred due to patient population.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling of appointments and respond to non-clinical inquiries.
• Be the first point of contact on the phone and in the office; check-in/out.
• Support Apex team and some marketing/advertising activities.
• Maintain patient flow and high-quality patient care & admin support.
