Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical office patient services/front desk reception.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage flow through the front desk.
• Answer non-clinical questions from patients and staff, via phone and in person.
• Meet, greet and process check-in/check-out for patients; support marketing/advertising activities as needed.
