Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel.
• Previous experience in customer services required.

Responsibilities

• Connect patients and families with accurate information.
• Greet and assist visitors, representing the hospital positively.
• Coordinate patient and guest services for the reception area.
• Seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints or special needs.
