Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French and English is required.

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre setting.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for patients in the Patient Support Program and prescribing physician, if applicable.
• Conduct welcome calls, gather information, and obtain patient consent.
• Explain program offerings including case management, reimbursement, and training.
• Maintain knowledge of reimbursement mechanisms in public and private sectors.
• Coordinate program services to ensure timely access to therapy and adherence.
• Report adverse events and product complaints promptly.
