We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Care Coordinator holds a pivotal role in managing both patient care and administrative tasks. Their primary objective is to ensure that patients receive exemplary support and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.
We have full-time and part-time available. Part-time is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3pm-7pm. Full-time is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
