SmithRx in Plano, TX is seeking an Inbound Patient Access Specialist to guide members through obtaining medications efficiently and cost-effectively, delivering world-class service and one-call resolution.

You will educate members about pharmacy benefits, assist with enrollment in savings programs, and coordinate with providers and pharmacies, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and precise documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare call centers handling inbound calls.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Educate patient members about their pharmacy benefits and help them source medications.
• Provide support via inbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Handle enrollment calls for drug savings programs; aim for one-call resolution.
• Coordinate with members, physicians, drug manufacturers, and pharmacies to enroll in savings programs.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Uphold PHI and HIPAA standards while handling sensitive information.
