Job summary

• Interviews patients/guarantors and explains hospital policies to patients.
• Collects payments and assists patients with their financial responsibilities.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits; obtains pre-certifications/authorizations as needed.
• Documents demographic and financial data accurately in the manual or Invision system; supports financial screening.
