All Care Health Center is seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative to be the first contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling, and insurance verification. The role requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Patient Access Representatives is the first contact with patients both by telephone as well as in person and provide exceptional customer service through scheduling, registration, insurance verification, collection of payments and investigation of patient billing discrepancies.
SCHEDULE AND PAY
This is a full-time (40 hour) position.
Clinic Open: Monday – Thursday 8AM - 7PM, Friday 8AM – 5PM, and Saturday 8AM – 12PM. Scheduling needs will be discussed during interview. The pay depends on experience and starts at $16.50/hour.
