Responsibilities

• Schedule medical provider appointments for patients across primary care and specialty offices.
• Schedule based on clinical protocols, availability, and payor source.
• Act as liaison between patients and physician offices.
• Work in a team-oriented, flexible environment to provide quality patient care.
• Manage appointment requests from phone calls (inbound/outbound) and electronic requests.
• Support physician offices through management of designated work queues.
• Handle high-volume interactions addressing customer needs.
