Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare call center environments handling inbound calls.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite; Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of PBM systems and medication reimbursement processes preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA compliance in handling patient data.

Responsibilities

• Educate patient members about their pharmacy benefits and enrollment in savings programs.
• Provide support to members, providers and pharmacies via inbound channels.
• Handle inbound enrollment inquiries for drug savings programs and resolve issues.
• Aim for one-call resolution and gather necessary information to close cases.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely follow-up for each member interaction.
• Keep up-to-date with organizational processes and HIPAA/compliance standards.
• Organize case details and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
