Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by phone and via in-store channels.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations including stock, planogram updates and freight receival.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Conduct in-store services for customers where state laws allow.
