Job summary

Responsibilities

Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.
Process exchanges and returns per company policies and procedures.
Maintain and secure cash drawer and process transactions.
Stock shelves, planograms, and perform daily operational tasks.
