Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Roswell, NM seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high quality service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help them select parts, and support store operations with accuracy and cheer.

You will promote service programs, assist professionals, handle cash and returns, and participate in stock updates and planograms after training. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints politely.
• Support daily stock updates, planograms, and stocking.
• Operate store equipment after training; participate in store tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
