OReilly Auto Parts in Huntington, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help them choose parts, process transactions, and support store management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, process payments (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and daily operational tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
