Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Rayne, LA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management with daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer store calls according to policy, look up parts and quote prices.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments securely.
• Perform store operations: stocking, planograms, freight receivals, and basic maintenance.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan codes) where allowed by law.
