Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and help bridge communication with Spanish-speaking customers.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, quote prices, handle cash and credit transactions, process exchanges, stock shelves, and perform in-store services within state laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service staff.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices and offer related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and safeguard the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Stock shelves, planograms, and perform daily operational tasks.
• Implements in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) per training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
