Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection in a friendly manner.
• Promote and support customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers by coordinating with managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per company policies and policies.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support store operations: stock, planograms, image maker, and routine tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed by business.
