O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and cross-functional duties may include phone support and cash handling. Ideal candidates are familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales, with a focus on friendly, efficient service and accurate transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and cataloging systems; ASE certification desirable.

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store phones, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Process exchanges and returns according to policy and maintain cash drawer.
• Perform in-store services and occasional local deliveries when needed.
