As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility for full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team under Store Manager guidance to achieve performance goals.
• Foster clear, positive communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales targets, inventory accuracy, and operation standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and WOW customer service.
• Drive sales targets and manage inventory to optimize stock and returns processing.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety practices aligned with company policies.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding company policies.
