AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while maintaining efficient store operations and strong compliance with policies.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading teams in retail or automotive settings.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage inventories.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise store associates, train and develop performance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure excellent service.
• Drive sales targets through effective inventory management and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE usage, safety practices, and company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while upholding policies.
