AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales performance, coach a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding WOW! Customer Service.

Qualifications

Leadership: integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible schedule: full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Exceptional communication: fluent English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

Leadership – assist in supervising, training, and developing employees to drive engagement and performance.
Communication – maintain clear interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
Metrics mindedness – monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Process orientation – follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
Teamwork – collaborate with store staff and departments to ensure seamless operations.
Parts sales & inventory management – lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns.
Safety & compliance – enforce PPE, risk management, and safety standards.
Commercial account support – assist in managing commercial/hub departments to meet customer needs.
Problem solving – resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and within policy.
