AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering WOW!

Customer Service while overseeing store operations. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, develop staff, manage inventory, and support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.

Competenze

• ASE Certification preferred
• Experience in automotive retail required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Supervise, train and develop high-performing employees under the Store Manager’s guidance.
