Under Store Management guidance, you will lead by example, oversee store operations, inventory, and cash handling, and strive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor staff, maintain strong communications with customers and team, and collaborate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifikationen

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity and decision-making.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for customer interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail is a strong plus.
• ASE Certification or equivalent automotive service certification is desirable.
