Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager who will drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and ensure WOW! customer service in our automotive retail environment.

You will lead by example, supervise staff, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. In this role you will manage inventory, optimize merchandising, and enforce safety standards while supporting timely deliveries and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead teamwork with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Direct efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
