You will supervise store staff, manage inventory, and oversee sales targets while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus, with a full-time flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and commercial departments to ensure seamless store operations and service.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts to exceed targets and optimize stock and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and promote risk-management practices.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub accounts to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding company policies.
