Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and operational performance.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, reduce shrink, and improve efficiency.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in line with company policies.
