Job summary

Nutricost is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Utah. The role focuses on delivering excellent support, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships across calls and emails.

You will manage customer accounts, track orders, and coordinate with carriers, with a day shift Monday–Friday and 15-20 hours per week. Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, or Google Drive is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Receptive to constructive feedback.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts.
