MaziCTools is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support remotely. This role will resolve post-sale inquiries, including returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, hold a high-school diploma or equivalent, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. The position offers flexibility, competitive pay ($25–$35 per hour), and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Commitment to 100% coverage of scheduled hours; no missed or late shifts.
• Successful completion of the candidate assessment required for screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and messages (≈50‑60 per shift).
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns, replacements, moving, open orders, and order status.
• Listen actively, show empathy, and de‑escalate concerns to provide effective resolution.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Proficient with Windows OS

Ability to learn new software quickly

Education
