Child & Family Center is seeking a Parent Partner for a Full Service Partnership role based in Santa Clarita, CA. This field-based position travels throughout Los Angeles County to assist parents and caregivers in navigating child-serving systems and coordinating wraparound supports.

The role emphasizes peer mentoring, advocacy, and collaboration with families to ensure culturally respectful, family-driven care plans. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Spanish fluency required to meet clients' needs.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with parents/caregivers rooted in compassion and trust.
• Help parents/caregivers prepare for meetings and navigate systems.
• Support families in strengthening relationships with children through coaching and communication.
