Job summary

Boldli - Exceptional Youth Services is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Parent Educator to support families with children prenatal through kindergarten entry. You will lead Parents as Teachers group connections, promote healthy child development, and strengthen parenting skills.

Required bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, experience with groups, strong communication, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Two years of experience with young children and families.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional translation ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate PAT Group Connections for prenatal through age five families.
• Create culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate group experiences.
• Facilitate discussions to encourage participation and peer support.
• Build trust with families and connect them to community resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partner sites.
