You will assist attorneys with case preparation, draft and proofread documents, and coordinate depositions and meetings while maintaining client files. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in the Miami market.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Miami market.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting.
• Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and client records.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
• Monitor deadlines, manage calendars, and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
