Job summary

Hexie VA is looking for a Bilingual Paralegal / Intake Specialist to support a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, whether prospective or current, and perform various legal and administrative tasks.

This full-time role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and offers a fully remote position from anywhere in Latin America. Candidates will assist in client consultations, maintain organized case files, and help support attorneys with their legal duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of office or administrative work experience.
• 1+ year of experience working in Personal Injury law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective clients to gather relevant information.
• Conduct initial legal and factual research for attorney review.
• Organize documents for court filings and recordkeeping.

Skills

Bilingual English & Spanish

Strong organizational skills

Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
