Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required at advanced level.
• Must be at least eighteen years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Experience in customer service or retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs.
• Present appropriate products and services and process transactions.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and prepare displays.
• Stock shelves, tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Assist in deliveries as needed and ensure clean store equipment.
