Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a meets expectations rating.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and recommending products.
• Maintain inventory and presentable displays; stock shelves and pull products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Keep areas clean and safe, follow inventory control procedures.
