Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers, process sales, stock shelves, and support deliveries. You will help customers select the right products, mix colors, and maintain store appearance while meeting sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of Spanish is required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 'meets expectations' rating and complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain organized work areas, pull products from floor or warehouse, and restock as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
