Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: 18+ years old; legal right to work in the U.S.; valid, unrestricted driver’s license; able to read/write/speak English and Spanish; ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally; willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; 1 year in delivery, retail, or customer service; prior paint/paint-related product sales experience; experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
