Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate/Delivery Driver at Store #2096 in Ozark, AL. You will deliver paint and related products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers, ensuring safe, timely delivery and accurate transactions.

You will interact with wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, and suggest suitable solutions, while adhering to routes and schedules and maintaining store vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report any repair needs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Comply with traffic laws and safety procedures when driving a vehicle.
• Prepare reports and documents related to deliveries.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, and forklifts.
