The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery associate to serve wholesale and retail customers from Store #707253 in Searcy, AR. You will deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores, ensuring safe and timely service, and assist customers in selecting the right paints and supplies.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting store operations. The role may involve loading, unloading, and operating delivery equipment, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted drivers license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Comply with all laws and safety procedures when driving a vehicle.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
