Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally 70 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams performance rating must meet expectations.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and stay knowledgeable on products.
