Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Part-time Branch Customer Service Specialist to support two locations in Fairview Heights and Shiloh, IL. You will assist customers, answer product questions, and help ensure store standards while driving sales goals.

Role involves cash handling, stock management, tinting and mixing, and helping with deliveries as needed. This position requires bilingual能力 and availability for evenings/weekends, with safety and policy adherence a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and assist in deliveries as needed.
