Job summary

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service
• Assist customers in person and by phone; determine needs and present products/services
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies
• Work to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products to customer specs
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options available
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest improvements to sales processes
