Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Gastonia, NC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products. You will process sales transactions, maintain displays, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and support deliveries as needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, fluent in English and Spanish, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; good reading and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identifying needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain stock/merchandise displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and support deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and follow inventory procedures.
