Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• If internal, must have a “meets expectations” rating in the latest appraisal and completed HR Cloud eLearning for the current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
